Neil O'Loughlin
Managing Director
Neil O'Loughlin is a geologist with 35 years' experience including 25 years in the discovery and development of mineral sands deposits. He was a founder of ASX listed Basin Minerals Ltd which discovered and developed several mineral sands deposits in Australia's Murray Basin and since 2014 has been closely involved in developing the heavy rare earth rich mineral sands deposits in the Gippsland Basin.
In response to the barriers facing junior companies developing mineral sands projects, Neil founded Minhub in 2021 specifically to offer an independent processing option aligned with the establishment of a sustainable critical minerals supply chain.

Roland Hill
Director
Roland Hill BSc, BCom has extensive resource industry and investment, finance and funds management experience.

Roly has been directly associated with the mining and exploration sector for over 30 years in contracting roles and with Western Mining Corporation and Normandy Poseidon. He was Managing Director and Chairman of Crescent Gold Limited and has been Managing Director of FYI Resources on 1 July 2014.

Phil MacLeod
Company Secretary
Phil MacLeod has over 30 years commercial experience working and consulting in a range of organisations and industries including resources, technology, healthcare, property, manufacturing, insurance and financial services.
Phil provides corporate, compliance and management advice to listed and unlisted companies with operations in Australia and overseas in the roles of company secretary and director. He is also company secretary of FYI Resources.
