Leading Social Performance.
Minhub Operations is committed to international best practice to manage stakeholder relationships, social impact and community development.

We engage and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand their interests and priorities, aiming to create opportunities for economic and social investment that will enhance community culture, heritage and lifestyle values.
We strive to advance the communities we operate in by prioritising local employment and where possible align with regional needs and aspirations to create genuine, long-term social and community benefits for the Northern Territory and throughout Australia.
We operate transparently and ethically with both the upstream suppliers of our mineral feedstocks and our downstream offtake customers aiming to collaborate in the building of a robust and sustainable supply chain for critical minerals.
The Minhub Project aligns with Territory and Australian Commonwealths Critical Minerals Strategies and is focused on delivery of a rare earths, zircon and titanium minerals mineral processing centre, strategically located in Australia's Northern Gateway close to major shipping lanes.

The Minhub Project will employ a number of highly skilled plant operators and other key personnel who will be trained in NT, creating opportunities for all Territorians.

The Minhub Project will generate increased activity through Darwin Port and stimulate the development of critical minerals projects and infrastructure across Northern Australia.
Minhub is dedicated to collaborating with key partners to maximise opportunities for Indigenous participation, procurement and employment through its construction, operations and supply chain
The Minhub Project will be developed on land in the industrial precinct of Darwin's East Arm. Though the land is not subject to Native Title, Minhub is committed to engaging and partnering with the local organisations that represent the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the Darwin region, the Larrakia people, to provide opportunities for Larrakia people, businesses and community as well as for other Indigenous Australians.
